Hi to all my future Paris visitors!
My name is Rachelle originally from the Netherlands but loving paris for 7 years now (time flies when you’re having fun!)
When I moved here, I didn’t know anything about this city or language. So yes I walked my feet blue to discover the beautiful Paris, think about all the little streets, hidden passages, all the small and bigger parks, quart yards, cafe’s, boulevards. You call it, I did it.
I was exhausted but I was in love with Paris so no complaining there!
Then I thought what if I share my passion for Paris & stories with people who don’t know Paris yet? (besides the monuments, that you can easily find by yourself)
I want to show you the real local Paris, and what comes with visiting new places? Trying the local food of course! It’s all about planning, researching and voilà!
Last but definitly not least, let’s not forget the curious little ones!
As a mommy myself, I know it is hard to keep them entertained, so I created some walks that are super fun and adventurous, we can even include some treasure hunts too!

Great walk for the kiddos
Rachelle was very warm and the kids bonded with her immediately. We have 2 girls (7 and 9) and they both had a great time. Their favorites were the flower crown, playground time, macaroons and the carousel ride. Interesting stories for adults and a good pace for the kids. Would highly recommend her!
Like a friend from home
My daughter, niece and I thoroughly enjoyed our time walking and shopping with Rachelle in the Le Marais neighborhood of Paris! She shared her “insider” knowledge of the area with us (especially the shops!) and we got along as if we’d been friends for years. Our tastes and interests aligned beautifully. I would recommend Rachelle to anyone interested in the tours she leads.

Seven of us took a tour with Rachelle when we first arrived in Paris. It was a great decision! She has so much knowledge and energy and kept our teens interested and moving during the entire two hours. Great way to start our stay in Paris. I highly recommend taking a tour with Rachelle!

What a wondefull experience! Rachelle was so bright and friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to amazing pastries she showed us many cute little shops and in general made us feel welcome and happy. I highly and enthusiastically recommend!
Rachelle is amazing!
Rachelle took us on a wonderful family food tour through Paris on a sunday morning. What a lovely person Rachelle is! And this is also a great tour through the incredible markets, boulangeries, chocolateries, wine bars… sampling so many good things! But this tour is as much as visual feast as actually eating the food. We ended our in a playground which our daughter loved, sitting and chatting and eating some of the food we’d collected on our way! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and couldn’t recommend Rachelle any more highly! We now feel a real personal connection with Paris. Our only regret would be not doing the tour earlier in our Paris visit88 Thank you so much, Rachelle!
