Hi to all my future Paris visitors!
My name is Rachelle originally from the Netherlands but loving paris for 7 years now (time flies when you’re having fun!)
When I moved here, I didn’t know anything about this city or language. So yes I walked my feet blue to discover the beautiful Paris, think about all the little streets, hidden passages, all the small and bigger parks, quart yards, cafe’s, boulevards. You call it, I did it.
I was exhausted but I was in love with Paris so no complaining there!
Then I thought what if I share my passion for Paris & stories with people who don’t know Paris yet? (besides the monuments, that you can easily find by yourself)
I want to show you the real local Paris, and what comes with visiting new places? Trying the local food of course! It’s all about planning, researching and voilà!
Last but definitly not least, let’s not forget the curious little ones!
As a mommy myself, I know it is hard to keep them entertained, so I created some walks that are super fun and adventurous, we can even include some treasure hunts too!

The family food tour was one of the top experiences we had during our first trip to Paris! Rachelle was amazing, informative, and kept our four children engaged throughout the entire tour! She had great recommendations for each tasting we had and the tour allowed us to explore and experience in Paris in the most intimate way- with food!
Great host, family friendly!
Rachelle was a great host! She has a beautiful personality and was very sweet and easy to talk to. She catered to my 6 year old daughter and also to my senior parents. She also gave us great tips on things to do in Paris that only locals knew about! We also discovered my daughters favorite new pastry and thanks to her, we were able to order it several more times on our trip! We would book with Rachelle again. Great tour!
Great tour! We are a family of 5 with three young kids (5-11) and we all enjoyed the tour. We did 4 of these tours on our trip, Rachelle was the best! We did the food tour in Bastille neighborhood. The area and food were interesting. Rachelle made it fun for the kids, was engaging, and fun to talk to! She also has tons of recommendations for us which helped with the rest of our trip.

Rachelle is warm, friendly and an excellent guide. Her love of Paris really comes through.It was our first time in Paris and our first day setting out into the beautiful city. Rachelle guided our two young children through some fun shops and play areas along the seine. There was plenty to see for us adults too as Rachelle walked us along some famous landmarks and talked about the history of the museums. Thank you Rachelle! We had an absolutely wonderful time and look forward to seeing you again! Wine next time!
