Hi to all my future Paris visitors!
My name is Rachelle originally from the Netherlands but loving paris for 7 years now (time flies when you’re having fun!)
When I moved here, I didn’t know anything about this city or language. So yes I walked my feet blue to discover the beautiful Paris, think about all the little streets, hidden passages, all the small and bigger parks, quart yards, cafe’s, boulevards. You call it, I did it.
I was exhausted but I was in love with Paris so no complaining there!
Then I thought what if I share my passion for Paris & stories with people who don’t know Paris yet? (besides the monuments, that you can easily find by yourself)
I want to show you the real local Paris, and what comes with visiting new places? Trying the local food of course! It’s all about planning, researching and voilà!
Last but definitly not least, let’s not forget the curious little ones!
As a mommy myself, I know it is hard to keep them entertained, so I created some walks that are super fun and adventurous, we can even include some treasure hunts too!

Unbelievable Pastry tour with Rachelle
This was a highlight of my wife and I’s trip to Paris. Rachelle was so personable and so much fun. The stops were amazing – pastries were incredible. Along the way we learned all about the neighborhood and what it is like to live in Paris. I highly suggest doing this early in your trip to get tips on what to do during your stay in Paris and also to schedule more time with Rachelle. We highly, highly recommend!
The perfect start to Paris.
Rachelle is the only host you will need. She is passionate about her City, People, Art and History. She made us feel at home and welcome as we wandered through Alleys, Passageways and Cobblestone Streets. She quickly became a friend and adapted her pace and focus to our interests. You could not do better than her as a host. In our many travels she is now the favorite.
Tasty jewels in the Marais
Rachelle was an excellent guide through the streets of the Marais to some of the most delicious and beautiful pastries and treats we had ever had she filled our minds with interesting information, our mouths with taste sensations and our eyes with the history and architecture.

We loved Rachelle! I was sceptical about adding someone to our chaos of two kids in Paris but having her made our trip so much more relaxing. Rachelle was incredible with our children (3 and 5 years old), everything she took us to was catered around young kids and not a typical tourist trap.

Rachelle was so friendly, and welcoming and has a bubbly personality. My two small boys warmed to her and we saw so many cool things the city had to offer for children that we would not have thought of or known were there. She knew about the city well and we learnt things whilst also having our children entertainment. Exactly what you want from a tour like this. We felt we were with a friend showing us around Paris. I highly recommend!!
