Hi to all my future Paris visitors!
My name is Rachelle originally from the Netherlands but loving paris for 7 years now (time flies when you’re having fun!)
When I moved here, I didn’t know anything about this city or language. So yes I walked my feet blue to discover the beautiful Paris, think about all the little streets, hidden passages, all the small and bigger parks, quart yards, cafe’s, boulevards. You call it, I did it.
I was exhausted but I was in love with Paris so no complaining there!
Then I thought what if I share my passion for Paris & stories with people who don’t know Paris yet? (besides the monuments, that you can easily find by yourself)
I want to show you the real local Paris, and what comes with visiting new places? Trying the local food of course! It’s all about planning, researching and voilà!
Last but definitly not least, let’s not forget the curious little ones!
As a mommy myself, I know it is hard to keep them entertained, so I created some walks that are super fun and adventurous, we can even include some treasure hunts too!

A day in the life of a Parisian!
I contacted Rachelle after reading her bio and I’m so glad I did. She arranged a four hour walking tour around Saint German, Odeon, Latin quarter and finishing in le Marais. We visited little streets, parks, passages, stopped at bakeries and other Local shops and an amazing food market. Being with Rachelle was like being with a friend for the day. She chatted about the areas and was so interesting. We didn’t go to any really touristy areas which is exactly what we wanted. Before our trip I also asked for dinner/restaurant ideas and she provided many! We booked a different restaurant from her list every night and they were all brilliant. She absolutely make our trip! Thank you so much.
Heel erg leuk!
Wij hebben op zondagochtend een erg leuke en interessante wandeling gemaakt. Door onze schuld waren we te laat op de afgesproken plek, maar we werden daarna niet “afgeraffeld”. Hele mooie dingen gezien, leuk om niet de standaard informatie te horen, andere plekken te zien. Het contact was ook erg attent, leuk en aardig! Een enorme aanrader!

Delicious and fun!
Rachelle was the perfect local for me and mu daughter. She took us to the cutest pastry and chocolate shops, and showed us parts of Paris we would have never seen by ourselves. We had a great time, and would highly recommend her!
