Hi to all my future Paris visitors!
My name is Rachelle originally from the Netherlands but loving paris for 7 years now (time flies when you’re having fun!)
When I moved here, I didn’t know anything about this city or language. So yes I walked my feet blue to discover the beautiful Paris, think about all the little streets, hidden passages, all the small and bigger parks, quart yards, cafe’s, boulevards. You call it, I did it.
I was exhausted but I was in love with Paris so no complaining there!
Then I thought what if I share my passion for Paris & stories with people who don’t know Paris yet? (besides the monuments, that you can easily find by yourself)
I want to show you the real local Paris, and what comes with visiting new places? Trying the local food of course! It’s all about planning, researching and voilà!
Last but definitly not least, let’s not forget the curious little ones!
As a mommy myself, I know it is hard to keep them entertained, so I created some walks that are super fun and adventurous, we can even include some treasure hunts too!

Erg leuke gids, weet heel veel en erg vriendelijk!
Wij hadden de rondleiding Montmartre met Rachelle. Al vooraf uitgebreid contact over allerlei wensen en restauranttips. Ze weet erg veel te vertellen over Parijs en woont er al enige jaren. Dat is te merken ook, wij hebben genoten van de tour en ook alle vriendelijkheid daarbij. Bovendien had ze ook nog supergoede tips wat te doen of qua restaurants. Wij kunnen haar zeker aanbevelen!
Echt leuk om met Rachelle Le Marais te ontdekken

Great tour
We used Rachelle for 2 tours, and had a great day. Rachelle showed us places we would have never visited on our own. She was flexible and very easy to work with. We hope to use Rachelle in the future if we are lucky enough to visit Paris again.
Amazing experience in Le Marais
We absolutely loved Rachelle. She is personable, knowledgeable & friendly. She knows the city well and we loved having access to the hidden sweets shops that we would otherwise never have known about. I would book another tour with Rachelle in a heartbeat and I highly recommend her.
A Lady in Le Marais
Rachelle is a guide with a capital G. She knows her theme, her streets, takes you to class A pastry shops where not only the eclairs et al are divine but the decor is out of this world. Madame du Recamier could waltz in any moment! We sat under the tree in a beautiful public park, she told us the history of it, and when the tour finished, we had a friend.
